Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities across international markets for a leading company within the elevator and electromechanical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across assigned international regions through market research, business development, and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, quotations, negotiations, contract execution, and business follow‑up.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Implement company sales policies and procedures while maintaining high commercial standards.
• Monitor contract performance and oversee collection of receivables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, business development, or channel management within the elevator or electromechanical industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing distributors and sales channels.
• Fluency in English is required; Russian or Spanish language skills are highly preferred. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and market analysis skills.
• Candidates with an established network in target markets or a proven track record of generating significant sales revenue will be highly regarded.
