This role focuses on enhancing organizational performance through effective people management, establishing performance metrics, and overseeing training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in HR/ER in a large industrial organization such as petrochemical, refinery or allied chemical plants.

Responsibilities

• Deploy HR and training & development systems and processes at the plant site.
• Implement performance management and HiPo identification and development.
• Oversee learning management and knowledge management.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention and management.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and integrity standards.
• Enable organizational performance through people.
