Job summary

GFCL EV PRODUCTS LIMITED in Oman, Dhofar, is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage day-to-day IT operations effectively and oversee all help desk activities. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of hands-on and supervisory experience in IT, particularly in SAP HANA.

Responsibilities include ensuring that corporate IT initiatives are executed on time, formulating safety policies, and maintaining excellent customer service for IT support queries. A Science Graduate with a post-graduate qualification in Computer Science or a related field is required.
