Baker Hughes is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join the Pressure Pumping team. You will coordinate job activities, ensure contract understanding, and drive on-site execution with emphasis on safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires an engineering degree, 10+ years in oil field services, and 5+ years in a customer-facing role, with experience in the Coil Tubing field and in the Middle East. We offer a supportive, global environment with leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in oil field services.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role managing the sales lifecycle and financial/operational performance.
• Experience in Coil Tubing field.
• Demonstrated leadership in a global matrix environment.
• Experience in the Middle East.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor job activities across organizational boundaries.
• Ensure contracts/quotes are understood and executed with revenue integrity.
• Review job planning, equipment preparation and personnel readiness.
• Escalate issues impacting service delivery in a timely manner.
