Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Field Specialist - Drilling & Completion Fluids to provide on-site services, measure and test fluid properties, and supervise pumping operations on rigs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience with drilling and completion fluids.
• Basic knowledge of the product line.
• Demonstrated industry experience in drilling fluids.
• Strong teamwork skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site services by measuring, testing, and supervising fluid mixing and pumping.
• Maintain fluid properties at rig sites by testing.
• Manage inventory at customer well sites.
• Inform rig-site customers and create solutions to problems.
• Conduct field sales calls or accompany Sales Representatives.
• Support operations with environmentally safe drilling fluids.
• Follow Baker Hughes policies in all business activities.
