Job summary

DevFixr in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise SaaS and EPC projects onsite. You will govern program planning, budgets, and cross‑functional delivery across delivery teams, PMO, and client stakeholders. The role focuses on value realization, risk management, and strategic engagement with account and product managers.

You will mentor teams, drive platform adoption, and contribute to pre‑sales efforts while staying current with energy and infrastructure trends.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in project/program management for enterprise SaaS, EPC, or energy projects.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Strong EPC domain knowledge and multi-stakeholder delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Gantt charts, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client goals.
• Define scope, objectives, and success metrics with stakeholders and clients.
• Provide on-site support to project teams during planning and execution.
• Oversee multiple project managers to ensure coordinated delivery and risk management.
• Track progress, manage interdependencies, and safeguard schedules and budgets.
• Develop implementation strategies for process or system improvements.
• Drive standardization and integration for operating efficiency.
• Assist in configuration, training, and deployment of the platform per client needs.
• Facilitate communication between field sites, head offices, PMO, and stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for senior client stakeholders and ensure value realization.
• Lead escalation resolution and identify workflow gaps for improvements.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Drive user onboarding and adoption of software across client teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Product Managers on solutioning and pre-sales.
