Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Governance
- Develop and maintain overall program plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client and business goals.
- Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Provide on-site support to project teams during planning and execution phases.
Project Oversight
- Oversee multiple project managers and project delivery teams to ensure coordinated and successful delivery.
- Track progress across projects, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and manage interdependencies and risks.
- Develop a comprehensive implementation strategy for deploying process or system improvements.
- Drive process standardization and integration across projects to achieve synergies and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the configuration, training, implementation, and deployment of our platform tailored to client-specific requirements.
- Facilitate seamless communication between field sites, client head offices, PMO teams, and key stakeholders.
Client Engagement & Success
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, proactive engagement, and measurable value realization.
- Lead escalation resolution for critical issues impacting project delivery or client relationships.
- Analyze current client workflow processes to identify gaps, recommending process enhancements in partnership with internal operations teams.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional internal teams, including delivery, operations, and product specialists.
- Build high-performing program teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure smooth project operations and high-value delivery.
Operational Excellence & Adoption
- Apply best practices in program and project management methodologies (PMI / APM standards).
- Standardize documentation, reporting formats, and execution processes across engagements.
- Drive user onboarding and high adoption rates of our software products across client site teams.
- Gather structured end-user feedback to collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature enhancements, bug fixes, and infrastructure needs.
Strategic Support
- Partner with Account Managers and Product Managers in solutioning, client engagement, and product positioning.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, scope definitions, and technical proposal developments.
- Stay updated on energy, infrastructure, and technology trends to keep our offerings competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8–10+ years of project/program management experience, with a focus on enterprise SaaS, construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
- Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects and complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Gantt charts, Visio, MS Office).
- Familiarity with 3D design and visualization tools (e.g., Navisworks) is a strong advantage.
- Core Skills: Exceptional leadership, senior client relationship management, risk management, budget oversight, and written/verbal communication skills.
