Job summary

OMASCO in Oman seeks a Sales Operations Manager – Multi brand to lead day-to-day sales operations across all branches, covering new vehicles, used vehicles and motorbikes. You will drive performance, improve efficiency, and ensure adherence to budgets and KPI targets.

You will oversee a diverse, multi-location team, strengthen customer experience, monitor CSI and NPS, and coordinate with OEM partners to support launches and reporting while maintaining compliance with group policies.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in automotive sales, incl. 5+ years in management.
• Bachelor's or equivalent qualification.
• Strong customer focus with CSI/NPS emphasis.
• Deep understanding of P&L and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations across all branches to meet budget, volume and EBIT targets.
• Review monthly sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvements in sales, reporting, lead management, and customer data.
• Monitor market trends and promotions to support campaigns.
• Collaborate with OEMs on launches and monthly reports.
• Manage stock across locations to maximise turnover.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through service processes and CSI/NPS.
• Ensure policy compliance and escalate deviations.
• Develop a high-performance, multi-location team culture.
• Prepare reports for group stakeholders and OEM partners.
