Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a Sales Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across branches for new vehicles, used vehicles, and motorbikes. You will drive performance, improve processes, and ensure compliance with group policies while monitoring CSI and NPS.

You will collaborate with OEM partners, brand teams, and senior leadership to optimize sales, profitability, and customer experience across Oman.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-location sales teams.
• 10–15 years in automotive sales with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong customer focus with ability to improve CSI/NPS and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations across all branches and brands, ensuring targets are met.
• Review sales performance monthly using Connect, CRM data and reports to identify opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, reporting, and data capture across systems.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and promotions to support campaigns.
• Engage with OEMs on new model launches, brand reviews, and monthly reporting.
• Manage stock levels and maximize turnover across locations; address aged stock.
• Ensure customer satisfaction standards and monitor CSI/NPS across locations.
• Maintain compliance with group policies; escalate deviations.
• Develop and lead a high-performance culture across a multi-location team.
• Prepare and update reports/presentations for group stakeholders and OEM partners.
