Job summary

Elsewedy Electric Power Systems Projects in Oman seeks an experienced Store/Materials Manager to oversee unloading, inspection, storage, issuing and disposal of materials for EPC projects.

You will maintain accurate stock records, ensure safety compliance, organize storage per guidelines, coordinate with labor and subcontractors, and implement ERP-based inventory control to prevent shortages and support continuous project operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in store/material management.
• Hands-on experience in EPC projects, preferably Power Plants and Substations.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unloading, inspection, and storage of materials in assigned locations.
• Check material quantities and specifications against purchasing documents.
• Organize storage areas per manufacturer’s guidelines and company safety procedures.
• Monitor and replenish material levels to avoid shortages.
• Maintain accurate stock records and filing system in line with company procedures.
• Issue/distribute materials to labor, subcontractors, and clients per company procedures.
• Recommend and coordinate disposal of excess, defective, or expired materials.
