Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited in Oman seeks an experienced inventory and stores professional to manage materials receipt, storage, and issue for EPC projects. You will coordinate with QA/QC and project teams to maintain accurate stock, prevent shortages, and ensure traceability across the yard.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and Excel proficiency, with familiarity in SAP MM and ERP-based systems. Oman/GCC experience is preferred for offshore/onshore module work.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP inventory modules and material traceability.
• Ability to coordinate with QA/QC, stores, and project teams.
• Strong planning, reporting and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Materials Receipt & Inspection: verify quantity, specs, packing lists, and documents.
• Inventory Management: maintain optimum stock levels and prevent shortages or excess.
• Storage & Preservation: ensure proper storage, tagging, and safe handling.
• Material Issue & Dispatch: issue materials per MRN and document movements.
• Documentation & System Management: update ERP/SAP transactions and stock registers.
• Audit & Compliance: ensure adherence to procedures and support audits.
• Team Management: supervise storekeepers and promote safety and housekeeping.
