Job summary

ABB in Oman seeks a results-driven sales professional to lead the sale of ABB products, systems and services in a designated market. You will pursue targets to drive order growth, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will build strong customer relationships, develop sales plans, prepare offers with the bid team, and ensure timely delivery, appropriate pricing and smooth contract execution. This role rewards leadership and regional experience in the Middle East.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years sales experience.
Good knowledge of VFD and Motors.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Leadership, sales management and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Sell ABB products, systems and services focusing on volume, mix and profitability for the designated divisions.
Build and maintain effective customer relationships and align ABB offerings to customer needs.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and prepare sales plans using ABB tools.
Coordinate offers with bid/proposal department and/or Marketing Manager; ensure pricing and terms are in place.
Support cash collection and project management as needed; driving new market opportunities.
