Job summary

Tangent International is seeking an experienced IN Back Office Engineer to join our client engagement team on a 12-month contract in Saudi Arabia. You will own intelligent network operations, prepaid charging node maintenance, and subscriber data administration, ensuring high availability and revenue integrity.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting SDP, AIR, and OCC platforms, administering Linux servers, performing Oracle queries, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement

Qualifications

Mastery of Intelligent Network components and prepaid charging systems.
Strong Linux server administration and scripting skills.
Solid Oracle database administration and SQL querying abilities.
Experience with Ericsson charging platforms (SDP, AIR, OCC).

Responsibilities

Own IN back-office operations and prepaid charging node maintenance.
Troubleshoot SDP, AIR, and OCC platforms and manage fault escalations.
Configure and implement tariff changes and subscriber migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deploy patches and optimizations.
Prepare technical documentation and RCA reports.
