The Core NFVi/IP Back Office Engineer will be responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Huawei NFVi platforms and supporting data center IP infrastructure. You will work in a high‑availability production environment, ensuring the reliability of virtualization, compute, storage, and networking components. The role demands deep technical expertise in Huawei cloud ecosystem tools and strong IP networking fundamentals to manage complex data center environments. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents, perform upgrades, and optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Huawei NFVi platforms including FusionSphere, FusionStage, and LCM
• Monitor and manage infrastructure using Huawei tools such as eSight
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across compute, storage, virtualization, and networking layers
• Support Huawei hardware platforms including E9000/E9000H, Taishan servers, and OceanStor storage
• Manage and maintain data center IP networking components (TOR, EOR, DCGW)
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities
• Ensure high availability and performance of production cloud and virtualization environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for incident resolution and optimization
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven hands‑on experience with Huawei NFVi solutions (FusionSphere, FusionStage, LCM, eSight)
• Strong knowledge of Huawei hardware platforms (E9000/E9000H, Taishan, OceanStor)
• Solid IP networking knowledge including TOR, EOR switches, and DC Gateways
• Experience in Back Office (BO) support for telecom or cloud infrastructure environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem‑solving skills
• Experience in operating and supporting virtualized and cloud‑based environments
• Good understanding of data center architecture and network design principles
• Ability to work in high‑pressure, production environments
