Job summary

Wood is seeking a senior HSSE transformation leader with 12–15 years of experience to drive organizational change in oil & gas and related sectors. You will lead culture programs, build leadership capabilities and shape safety performance across multinational teams.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, with preferred advanced certifications in safety or organizational development. This role is based in Oman and involves high-level stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, Organizational Psychology, Human factors, Organizational Development or Behavioral Science.
• Preferred master’s degree in Safety Management, Organizational Psychology, Human Factors or Organizational Development.
• Professional certifications such as CMIOSH, CSP, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational change and influence senior leaders across the business.
• Develop leadership capability programs to build a strong safety and performance culture.
• Design and implement culture assessment frameworks to measure progress.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects across oil & gas, energy and high-risk industries.
