Job summary

Experience is seeking a seasoned QHSE leader to develop, implement, and maintain integrated management systems across sites in Oman. You will drive risk assessments, investigations, and regulatory compliance while aligning safety, quality, and environmental performance with corporate goals.

You will train and mentor teams, conduct internal audits, and report on KPIs, fostering a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or equivalent are preferred
• 7–10 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and management systems across sites.
• Lead internal and external audits related to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance audits.
• Develop training programs to enhance employee awareness of QHSE policies.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure safe and compliant processes in business operations.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and crisis management procedures.
