Hiring: HSE Supervisor – Oil & Gas Project

Location: Oman

We are currently looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to join a major Oil & Gas project supporting fabrication yard and offshore activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce project HSE policies, culture, and objectives.
• Supervise fabrication and offshore HSE activities.
• Conduct HSE inspections, audits, toolbox talks, inductions, and trainings.
• Monitor PTW compliance, risk assessments, and emergency drills.
• Ensure safe execution of lifting, rigging, scaffolding, pressure testing, and working at height activities.
• Support incident investigations and corrective action follow-up.
• Coordinate with EPC Contractors/Subcontractors to maintain high HSE standards.
• Participate in safety campaigns, workshops, and management walkthroughs.

Requirements

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.
• 10+ years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas / Construction projects.
• Strong experience in Asian construction yards.
• Familiar with rigging & lifting, PTW, working at height, and scaffolding activities.
• Knowledge of API and Oil & Gas industry standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in multicultural project environments.
• Computer literate.
