Job summary

The ideal candidate must have over 15 years of experience in the oil, gas, or infrastructure industries and be capable of leading HSE planning on large projects. A Bachelor’s degree and an internationally recognized safety certification (CSP, CMIOSH) are required. The role involves preparing HSE plans, conducting risk assessments, and managing process safety programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
• Must have an internationally recognized professional safety certification (CSP, CMIOSH).
• Experience preparing HSE plans for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HSE plan for grass roots projects.
• Lead the site risk assessment study.
• Generate the Process Safety Management Program for the project.
