Job summary

Experience in Oman seeks a senior operations leader to oversee active pumping operations, ensuring safe and accurate data, post-job documentation, and client invoicing. The role directs mult fleet hydraulic fracturing projects, coordinates handovers, and drives equipment reliability and preventive maintenance across sites.

The candidate will lead daily safety briefings, enforce QA/QC standards, and develop technical competency among supervisors and operators in a challenging oilfield environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10 years of Oil & Gas experience.
• Experience with hydraulic fracturing and stimulation designs.

Responsibilities

• Direct execution of hydraulic fracturing and stimulation designs.
• Lead safety meetings and PJSMs.
• Oversee QA/QC of water sources and gel/proppant logs.
• Coordinate handovers between rotating crews on client projects.
• Ensure health of high-pressure pumps, equipment, and preventative maintenance.
