We are currently working with a leading oil and gas client to hire an experienced Operations Manager to lead the maintenance and workshop operations for drilling and rig equipment in Oman.
Location: Oman | Employment Type: Full‑Time | Permanent (Non‑Rotational)
Key Responsibilities (inferred): Oversee a large‑scale workshop and drive operational excellence across a high‑performing team.
- Strong experience in drilling/rig equipment maintenance
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams (50+ personnel)
- In‑depth knowledge of API Q1 and ASME standards (essential)
- Background in oilfield services or drilling contractors
- Strong operational, planning, and people management skills
- Estimated salary: OMR 2,500‑3,000 per month (Basic & Housing Allowances combined)
- Salary budget in USD $6,500‑$7,800 per month
