The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 15 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with strong leadership capabilities. This role offers an opportunity to implement strategic initiatives and manage high-performing teams while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Operations.
• Strong experience in Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Maintenance, and Process Improvement.
• Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams and complex industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Quality, and Technical Support functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and operational efficiency across production facilities.
