Experience in Oman seeks a senior Construction & Fabrication Lead to oversee onshore fabrication activities from yard through load-out for the Compression Platform Complex. You will ensure Safety, Quality and Schedule objectives are achieved while coordinating with Contractors/Subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering and at least 10 years in large-scale Oil & Gas projects, with 2+ years in supervisory roles.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Experience with topsides fabrication and Mechanical Completion.
• Strong contractor/subcontractor management and interface skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the planning, preparation and execution of onshore fabrication activities from yard through load-out.
• Manage the execution of Compression Platform Complex fabrication ensuring Safety, Quality and Schedule.
• Supervise contractor/subcontractor activities related to topsides fabrication and Mechanical Completion.
• Review constructability and technical compliance of engineering deliverables.
• Monitor construction progress and quality; identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Contractors/Subcontractors on Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning.
• Review progress reports and highlight critical problems and schedule drifts.
• Lead and participate in risk assessments, pre-job meetings and technical meetings.
• Maintain interfaces between Company, Contractor and Engineering teams.
• Capture and implement lessons learned to improve construction execution.
