Honeywell International Inc. in the Middle East region seeks a sales professional to promote fire alarm and life safety solutions across designated territories, driving annual sales plans and key business objectives.

The role requires collaboration across functions, product lines, and channels to capitalize on growth opportunities, build relationships with influencers and partners, and deliver market-wide strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of channel sales target according to AOP.
• Develop and maintain customer base across key verticals with channel sales and marketing strategy.
• Engage with end customers and consultants for approvals and specs; participate in trade shows and events with distributors.
• Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace focusing on consultants, specifiers, developers, partners and stakeholders in fire and security projects.
• Work with marketing and functional leaders to develop strategic plans for the market and growth segments.
• Provide timely input into the STRAP and AOP processes each year.
• Help Marketing in implementing partner programs and pricing models for initial product supply.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and other functions to put in place supply and revenue agreements with key partners.
