Job summary

Careers International is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day facility management services. You will lead the operations team, ensure service quality, and maintain client satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff; optimize workflows; monitor KPIs; uphold safety and regulatory standards; and manage budgets and vendor relationships to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality service for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10-12 years of experience in operations management within the facilities management industry.
• Proven leadership, team management, and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of facility management practices, processes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team.
• Serve as primary client contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
• Recruit, train, and supervise operations staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to optimize resources and productivity.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Establish and maintain quality control measures to meet client expectations and standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, conducting inspections and audits.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and subcontractors; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets; forecast expenses and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
