Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead facilities services across client sites in Muscat. You will manage service delivery, coordinate with site leaders, and drive KPI compliance while overseeing contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires strong supplier management, contract ownership, and knowledge of EU facility regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Ideally 6 years + experience in Facilities Management within a large commercial organization.
• Experience owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management.
• Experience with EU Facility legislation and governing bodies.
• Quality assurance knowledge desirable.
• Fluency in the local language and English essential.
• Customer focused and results driven.
• Assertive with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to plan, organize and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communication with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.).
• Prepare and distribute Quarterly/Annual Business Review information to client satisfaction.
• Procurement of goods and services for client buildings using JLL sourcing teams.
• Regular meetings with Landlord and ensuring lease terms are met.
• Space evaluation and planning, updating floor plans with client architects.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs defined in the contract.
• Project management during built-out phases and coordination with architects/landlords.
• Coach project teams and subcontractors throughout project lifecycles.
• Site inspections with Facility Team; daily cleaning and HVAC management.
• Oversee landscaping where present; ensure contracted resources meet quality targets.
• Maintain information systems for scheduling and record-keeping of contract work.
• Process invoices and work orders; manage budgets in the financial system (Oracle).
• Oversee technical maintenance (AC, heating, electrical, fire systems).
• Negotiate, renegotiate and manage contracts with vendors.
• Budgeting for internal fit-out works and technical installations.
• Purchasing of furniture and coordinating internal moves.
• Manage receptionists and Office Services/Building Operations Coordinators.
