Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Oman is seeking a Facilities Manager for its Integrated Facility Management portfolio. You will oversee service delivery at assigned client sites, manage a team of technicians and contractors, and ensure performance against KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site leadership, procurement, lease terms, project management during fit-out, budgeting, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Ideally 6 years + experience in Facilities Management in a large commercial organization.
• Fluency in local language and English essential.
• Experience owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT).
• Prepare and distribute Quarterly/Annual Business Review information to client satisfaction.
• Procure goods and services for client buildings using sourcing teams.
• Hold regular meetings with Landlord to ensure lease terms are provided (maintenance, central plant).
• Plan space evaluation and update floor plans with client architects.
