Job summary

The House Hotel Jeddah is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to oversee all restaurant, bar and events operations on site. You will drive menu development, cost control, and guest satisfaction while leading a diverse F&B team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in F&B operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Pre-opening or new outlet launch experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations across outlets.
• Lead day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, and events.
• Develop and implement menus, concepts, and service standards.
• Monitor F&B costs, labor productivity, and inventory to meet budgets.
• Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations are followed.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the F&B team.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and cost control.
• Support pre-opening activities, including SOP development.
• Collaborate with Rooms, Sales & Marketing, and Finance teams.
