Job summary

Top Notch Consultancy is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to supervise daily operations in a restaurant based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role demands strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of food and beverage operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service standards.

Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring customer service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and analyzing performance metrics. Must be a Saudi National with proven experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Area Manager, or similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
