Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter F-16 in Thumrait, Oman to perform surface preparation and painting for the fleet. The role involves applying lacquer, epoxy or other coatings with brushes, rollers, spray guns, and masking techniques while protecting adjacent areas.

Will lead, train and mentor fellow technicians, ensuring compliance with USAF publications and FMS-2026 requirements. Requires high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of paint experience.

Qualifications

• Three+ years proven experience as a paint technician.
• Experience with FMS-2026 Form 2 Type 1 F-16 Have Glass refinishing procedures.
• Knowledge of USAF publications and Technical Orders.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lead, train and mentor other technicians.
