Job summary

TAT IT Technologies in Oman seeks a T24 Senior Developer with extensive banking experience to lead end-to-end development and testing of Temenos T24 applications. You will support requirement gathering, UAT, and ensure secure, robust data management solutions across banking processes.

The role requires hands-on T24 expertise, strong integration capabilities with APIs, MQ, and OFS, and deep knowledge of T24 modules, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on T24 development experience in banking environments.

We have an urgent requirement for T24 Senior Developer with strong banking experience is required for our banking client in Oman

Strong knowledge of T24 (Oracle, TAFC/TAFJ, TAFJ Administration, multi‑app server architecture, OFS/OFSML, COB/multithreading, log analysis, Build Control, and crisis handling).

Must Experience integrating T24 with external systems using APIs, MQ messaging, and OFS; working knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS, ACH payments, and connectivity tools (TWS, IRIS, TOCF).

Must Hands‑on with T24 modules (AA, Customer, Account, Deposits, Payments, Delivery, MG, LD), CRB/CRF reporting, correction entries, and retail banking/accounting processes.

Must Business analysis in financial environments, with preference for Middle East banking exposure.

Job Brief

The T24 Senior Developer will be responsible for end-to-end development and testing of the Temenos T24 application, supporting requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, and ensuring robust technical and data management solutions.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications aligned with T24 capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to manage expectations and propose optimal technical solutions.
• Core Development: Design, develop, and enhance T24 core banking modules and local developments in line with Temenos and bank standards.
• System Integration: Integrate T24 with external systems (payments, CRM, regulatory reporting) using OFS, APIs, web services, and MQ messaging.
• Batch Process Management: Optimize EOD/BOD/COB batch processes for stability, performance, and reliability.
• Compliance & Security: Deliver developments within agreed timelines, ensuring quality, compliance, and security.
• Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity aligned with regulatory, audit, and governance requirements.
• Change Management: Follow safe deployment practices, version control, and risk mitigation processes.
