Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Banking Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Core Banking System implementation, application support, system configuration, or maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24) or a comparable Core Banking platform such as Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or TCS BaNCS.
• Strong understanding of retail banking operations, including Customer Management, Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Teller Operations, and Payments.
• Good understanding of General Ledger, accounting principles, and financial transaction processing within Core Banking Systems.
• Experience in Core Banking System configurations, product parameterization, system enhancements, and application integrations.
• Experience in incident management, problem management, change management, and production support processes.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing methodologies.
• Experience supporting Close of Business (COB) processes, system upgrades, and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provides Level 2 and Level 3 technical and functional support for the Bank's Core Banking System ensuring timely resolution of production incidents and service requests.
• Monitors and maintains the availability stability and performance of the Core Banking System to ensure operational continuity.
• Investigates troubleshoots and resolves system incidents performs root cause analysis and implements corrective and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
• Supports COB processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily banking operations.
• Configures maintains and enhances banking products system parameters workflows and business rules in accordance with approved requirements.
• Gathers and analyzes business requirements and translates them into functional specifications system configurations and technical solutions.
• Supports Core Banking System implementations upgrades migrations integrations and enhancement initiatives.
• Participates in SIT, UAT, regression testing and production validation to ensure system functionality and reliability.
• Coordinates with internal Technology teams business users vendors and external service providers to support system enhancements and operational requirements.
• Develops and maintains operational and management reports data extracts and system information to support business operations reporting and decision-making.
• Supports Operations and Back Office functions by providing technical assistance data analysis and system-related solutions.
• Maintains system documentation configuration records technical procedures and incident resolution information.
