Job summary

Marsh Oman is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Risk Management team in Muscat. This senior sales position focuses on prospecting, nurturing, and securing new business with large corporate clients across Oman, reporting to the Oman Sales Leader.

You will develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, win, and expand opportunities. Candidates with 5–7 years of direct sales experience in insurance or risk management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of direct sales experience in insurance or risk management.
• Proven track record of prospecting, nurturing and closing deals with large corporate clients.
• Experience in the Omani insurance market and regulatory context is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Oman.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network of contacts within large organizations in Oman to drive new sales.
• Understand client needs and present risk management and insurance solutions.
• Analyze market trends and define sales strategies to capitalize on local opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with Marsh McLennan brands to bring full value to clients in Oman.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
