Job summary

SkillUp MENA, Inc. seeks an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead its Oman operations, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing local sales team across the GCC.

You will report to the regional director and shape strategic plans to capture new business with corporate clients, government entities, and educational institutions. The role emphasizes strategic development, contract negotiations, and cross-border opportunities within the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the learning & development or training industry.
• Proven experience leading a sales team and achieving targets in Oman.
• Experience across GCC market with regional client networks.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow revenue in Oman.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, government entities, and educational institutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships; be primary contact for key clients.
• Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
• Leverage GCC market knowledge to drive cross-border opportunities and regional growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to support local campaigns and brand visibility.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage the Oman sales team to drive high performance.
• Monitor sales metrics and report on performance, forecasts, and insights.
• Represent SkillUp MENA at events, conferences, and client meetings in Oman and GCC.
