A leading consulting firm is looking for a senior leader to oversee the Motor portfolio in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will manage Underwriting, Claims and Operations, and drive growth through strategic market engagement. A Bachelor's or Master's degree, 10+ years of insurance experience, and fluency in Arabic and English are required. This role is exclusively for Omani Nationals and includes responsibilities for risk management, underwriting governance, and talent development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of insurance experience, including senior leadership experience in Motor.
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of motor vehicles and underwriting principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Motor strategy aligned with objectives.
• Supervise claims processes and settlements.
• Lead underwriting and claims teams, promoting a performance-driven culture.
