Job summary

Marsh & McLennan in Muscat, Oman, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive risk management solutions for large corporate clients. You will prospect, nurture, and close deals while aligning with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance and risk services across the local market.

Reporting to the Oman Sales Leader, you will analyze market trends and collaborate with colleagues from Mercer, Oliver Wyman & Guy Carpenter to maximize client value and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in insurance or risk management.
• Proven track record of prospecting, nurturing, and closing new business with large corporate clients.
• Experience in the Omani insurance and risk management market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Oman.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales in large corporate accounts across Oman.
• Understand client needs and present risk management and insurance solutions.
• Analyze market trends and define local sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver service and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with Mercer, Oliver Wyman & Guy Carpenter to deliver Marsh McLennan value.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
