Gender seeks a seasoned Banking/FinTech professional to translate high-level business needs into clear BRDs/FRDs. You will leverage deep knowledge of banking workflows (Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, or Risk) to define requirements and guide development teams.
You will lead workshops, manage stakeholders as the main contact, and validate solutions with QA and Dev teams, ensuring the delivered product meets client needs in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What You Will Do Translate Complexity: Take high-level business needs from stakeholders and turn them into clear, actionable technical specs (BRDs/FRDs) Be the Expert: Use your deep knowledge of banking workflows (Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, or Risk) to spot gaps before they become problems Manage Stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact for project owners, keeping them updated on progress and being honest about market or technical constraints Validate Success: Work closely with QA and Dev teams to ensure the final product actually solves the user's problem Guide the Process: Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to simplify legacy banking processes into modern digital experiences
What We Are Looking For Banking DNA: At least 5 years of experience specifically within the Banking/FinTech domain You should understand things like KYC, AML, ISO 20022, or Credit Cycles like the back of your hand Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile environments and using tools like JIRA or Confluence The "Why" Thinker: You dont just take orders; you ask "Why?" to ensure we are building the right thing for the client Communication Skills: You can explain a complex financial regulation to a developer and a technical API limit to a business headin simple language
