Job summary

VerityX Talent is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support a large public-sector transformation programme in Muscat. You will connect business needs to the technical build and document current-state processes.

Working with the Senior BA and Solution Architect, you will capture requirements, maintain traceability, detail user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria, and support data mapping against the unified data model.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of business-analysis experience.
• Exposure to platform, data-registry or digital-transformation projects.
• Solid documentation capability.
• Strong workflow-mapping skills.
• Strong process-modelling skills.
• Familiarity with BPMN/UML.
• Strong English is ESSENTIAL.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving, stakeholder-intensive environment.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Muscat, Oman.

Support the analysis and design workstream on a large public-sector transformation programme, helping to connect business needs to the technical build and streamline the workflows behind the SOA-based architecture.

Working alongside the Senior Business Analyst and Solution Architect, the Junior BA captures requirements, documents current-state processes, maintains the requirements traceability matrix, details user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria, and supports data mapping against the unified data model.
