Job summary

Gender seeks a seasoned Banking/FinTech professional to translate high-level business needs into clear BRDs/FRDs. You will leverage deep knowledge of banking workflows (Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, or Risk) to define requirements and guide development teams.

You will lead workshops, manage stakeholders as the main contact, and validate solutions with QA and Dev teams, ensuring the delivered product meets client needs in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Banking/FinTech domain.
• Familiar with KYC, AML, ISO 20022, or Credit Cycles.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Ability to explain complex financial regulations to both technical and business stakeholders.
