Job summary

Elowit Technologies is seeking a seasoned professional with Banking/FinTech domain expertise to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications. You will act as the expert on banking workflows and manage stakeholders while ensuring the delivered product solves real user problems.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Banking/FinTech, be comfortable in Scrum/Agile environments, and actively use JIRA/Confluence to drive collaboration and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business needs into clear actionable technical specs (BRDs/FRDs).
• Be the expert with deep knowledge of banking workflows (Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, or Risk) to spot gaps.
• Manage stakeholders as the main point of contact for project owners and communicate progress and constraints.
• Validate success by working with QA and Dev teams to ensure the final product solves the user’s problem.
• Guide the process by leading workshops to simplify legacy banking processes into digital experiences.

What You Will Do

• Translate Complexity
• Take high-level business needs from stakeholders and turn them into clear actionable technical specs BRDs FRDs
• Be the Expert Use your deep knowledge of banking workflows Payments Lending Wealth Management or Risk to spot gaps before they become problems
• Manage Stakeholders Act as the main point of contact for project owners keeping them updated on progress and being honest about market or technical constraints
• Validate Success Work closely with QA and Dev teams to ensure the final product actually solves the user s problem
• Guide the Process Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to simplify legacy banking processes into modern digital experiences

What We Are Looking For

• Banking DNA: At least 5 years of experience specifically within the Banking/FinTech domain
• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile environments and using tools like JIRA or Confluence
