Job description

Own the bids that contracts, turning complex government tenders into compelling, fully compliant proposals from qualification to submission.

RQMNA competes for and wins the contracts to build sovereign platforms for governments and enterprises.

We are hiring a Senior Bid Manager, on site in Muscat, to run our bids and proposals and help us win.

What you'll do

Run the bid end to end: qualify it, orchestrate it, write to win, and submit it compliant and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end to end bid lifecycle for government tenders and enterprise proposals
• Run the bid process and timeline, and coordinate technical, commercial, legal, and delivery contributors
• Lead bid or no bid decisions and win strategy, with clear themes and differentiators
• Own proposal quality: structure, narrative, compliance, and a polished, persuasive final document
• Track every tender requirement, so the bid is never disqualified on a technicality
• Coordinate pricing and commercial inputs with finance and the deal team
• Manage the proposal library, reusable content, and continuous improvement of win rates
• Run post submission reviews, clarifications, and lessons learned

• You write and edit to win: clear, persuasive, and fully compliant
• You are meticulous on tender requirements and compliance, and nothing slips
• You manage pressure and tight deadlines without losing quality
• You hold a Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field; APMP or bid certifications are a plus
• You communicate and coordinate across technical and commercial teams with ease
• Bonus points for public sector or government procurement and tendering
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a valuable advantage
