Job summary

CoreHaul Logistics in Salalah, Oman is seeking a seasonal Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during the busy period. You will lead staff, manage costs, ensure high-quality service and food, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management, strong leadership, and excellent English communication (Arabic a plus). The position demands flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; accommodation is not

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing staff and maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during peak season.
• Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service is provided to guests.
• Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
