Job summary

GulfStream Media UAE in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations during the peak season, ensuring service excellence and compliance with food safety standards. You will manage budgets, inventory, and staffing, supervise a diverse team, and deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume setting.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays; Pakistani nationality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to manage financials, including budgeting and inventory control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Pakistani nationality preferred.
