Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in forwarding/logistics.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent English, Turkish language abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with SMEs.
• Make pricing decisions aligned with Customer Care Managers.
• Prepare quotations using online tools and submit proposals.
• Demonstrate Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge.
• Deliver presentations on Sea Logistics products.
• Monitor competition and market pricing.
• Onboard new customers with robust content in handover forms.
• Maintain customer data in CoreLOG and perform CRM tasks.
• Close customer deals.
