Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT support or IT administrator role (school experience preferred).
• Strong networking, hardware, and software knowledge typically used in schools.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, scanners, and classroom AV equipment.
• Manage school SIS and learning platforms (Google Classroom, Microsoft 365).
• Ensure reliable Wi-Fi, network performance, and data backups with DR planning.
• Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support to staff and students; respond promptly to issues.
