Job summary

Levante Holding in Oman is seeking a skilled IT Coordinator to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

You will provide onsite and remote support to staff, manage user access, coordinate with vendors, and uphold data security, backups, and IT policies. Minimum 3 years of experience is required; a bachelor's degree in IT or computer science is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support or coordination experience.
• Strong hardware, networking, and operating systems knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide technical support to employees onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and solving faults.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and configurations.
• Support installation and setup of mobile devices and business applications.
