Euro Staffs in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to manage and resolve complex inquiries for our clients. This on-site role requires strong troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and effective communication with non-technical users.

You will work as a liaison between end-users and product engineering, document issues, contribute to knowledge bases, and ensure high system reliability with timely incident management and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or similar role.
• Proficiency with Linux/Windows OS and basic networking.
• Ability to write and read SQL queries.
• Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.

Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve Tier 2/3 issues.
• Incident Management: track tickets and adhere to SLAs.
• System Diagnostics: perform ROOT cause analysis and review logs.
• Escalation & Collaboration: coordinate with Product Dev and Eng teams.
• Documentation & Knowledge Base: create articles and user manuals.
