Job summary

Nusrat Bilisim is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure in a full-time, on-site role in Muscat. You will ensure reliable performance, network stability, security, and business continuity across servers, networks, endpoints, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of IT infrastructure, systems or network administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization, backup systems, monitoring tools, and infrastructure security.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, network devices, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity to minimize downtime.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade hardware, operating systems, and enterprise apps.
• Support virtualization platforms and maintain VMs and resources.
• Maintain IT security controls, access management, and endpoints protection.
• Monitor backups and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity.
