Job summary

Zoomlion Oman is seeking a driven sales and marketing professional to expand the customer base and manage projects from prospecting to delivery. The role involves updating client records in CRM, preparing technical presentations, and drafting proposals and contracts for equipment delivery.

You will also support post-sales processes and marketing campaigns while researching market trends to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Master's preferred.

• Prospect and develop customers and new business opportunities.

Job description

Customer and market prospecting and development.

Update and interaction with CRM (client and project management).

Preparation of analysis, comparisons and technical presentations on equipment.

Preparation of proposals and contracts and monitoring of project phases until delivery of equipment.

Reporting and market research for strategic direction and guidance.

Support for post-sales processes and actions.

Support financing and collection work.

Support in the organization and implementation of marketing campaigns

Identify the potential customers and establishing new business opportunities.

Conduct the market analysis in relation to current and future market trends, customer needs evaluation, demand forecasting, competition, risks and identify the opportunities for company’s growth.

Other Requirements:

• - Must have sales experience in construction machines, heavy equipment, earthmoving, mining machines, etc.
• - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
• - Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and details oriented.
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• - At least 3+ years’ experience in relevant field within the Oman.
• - Bachelor's degree preferably Masters Degree in Marketing.
