Job summary

urban ridge supplies in Saudi Arabia is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to build and expand our client base in construction, landscaping, and nursery sectors. You will manage client databases, prepare sales plans and reports, and conduct daily field visits to close deals.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills, with fluency in English and Arabic. You will collaborate with design and maintenance teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and achieve monthly

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or construction is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

• Make a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily sales plan.
• Make a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily reports.
• Daily visit report.
• Achieve sales target.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand our client base.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements to effectively present and recommend our end-to-end solutions, from design concept to on-ground implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with our design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Knowledge of landscaping, softscape, hardscape, or irrigation systems would be a significant advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
• Candidate must be in Saudi Arabia.
