Job summary

Mizan Business Solutions SPC in Muscat is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business for Odoo ERP and related accounting software. You will identify potential clients, present product demonstrations and convert opportunities through proactive outreach.

You will build relationships with SME owners and decision makers, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with our implementation team to ensure smooth handovers. Experience in B2B software sales and familiarity with Odoo are highly valued.

We help businesses improve their operations through Odoo ERP implementation, accounting solutions, and business process automation.

What you’ll do

• Identify and approach potential clients
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, networking, direct outreach, etc
• Understand clients’ business needs and introduce suitable Odoo/ERP solutions
• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
• Work closely with our implementation team to ensure a smooth handover

We’re looking for someone who

• Has experience in B2B sales, business development, or software/ERP sales
• Is confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers
• Is proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach
• Understands the SME market in Oman
• Has strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with Odoo is an advantage
